Our Smart Home Installation Approach

Patriot Smarthome was founded by Chad Shawler, a U.S. Navy veteran who believes smart home technology should make life easier and safer — without complicated installs or unnecessary complexity.
After serving in the Navy as a Fire Controlman and later building a career in quality systems, process improvement, and hands-on construction, Chad started Patriot Smarthome to bring practical, reliable smart home solutions to homeowners in the North DFW area.
We focus on one-visit installations that actually solve everyday problems: better lighting, safer kitchens, smarter entry, and simple protection against water damage. No long projects. No multiple trips. Just clear solutions that work.
As a veteran-owned business based in the Pilot Point / Frisco / Celina / Prosper area, we’re committed to honest recommendations, flat-rate pricing, and treating every home like we’d treat our own.
Whether you need a simple lighting upgrade or a more complete safety package, we’re here to help you get it done the easy way.
