Welcome to Patriot Smarthome. By using our website, requesting a quote, or hiring us for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our Services Patriot Smarthome provides wireless smart home safety and convenience installations (including smoke/CO detection, water leak detection, smart lighting, and related devices) in the North Dallas–Fort Worth area. All work is performed according to the scope described in your written estimate or agreement.

Estimates and Payments Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may adjust if the scope of work changes. Payment is due as stated on your invoice or agreement. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of service.

Customer Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate information and reasonable access to the property so we can complete the work safely and efficiently.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patriot Smarthome’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Wireless Systems & Third-Party Devices Many of the systems we install rely on your home’s Wi-Fi, power, and third-party services (such as Ring, YoLink, Alexa, etc.). We are not responsible for the ongoing performance of third-party platforms, internet outages, or changes made by those companies.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
